This Pre-Order Policy explains how pre-orders work at RarePul. By placing a pre-order you agree to the terms below. It should be read alongside our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
A pre-order lets you reserve an upcoming or not-yet-released product ahead of time. Pre-order items are clearly marked as such on their product page.
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, full payment is taken at the time you place your pre-order. This secures your item against your order.
Release dates shown for pre-order products are estimates provided by manufacturers and distributors, and may change. We will keep you informed of any significant delays. Estimated dates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Pre-order items are dispatched as soon as they arrive in stock. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the order and ship it together, or ship separately — this will be indicated at checkout or by email.
If you wish to cancel a pre-order before it has been dispatched, please contact us at support@rarepul.shop and we will arrange a refund of the pre-order amount. Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are unaffected. Once an item has been dispatched, our standard Refund Policy applies.
Occasionally a manufacturer may cancel or fail to deliver a product. If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, we will notify you and issue a full refund of the amount paid for that item.
